With a few hairy moments, such as the video failing to be burnt on a dvd, not having the DVI to VGA converter, the stuttering of the dvd through the presentation. iDAT104 has officially come to end and we managed to hand in our Video with little or no problems. The title was Virus Check, in the sense it illustrated the movie in so many levels. The War of the Worlds soundtrack whereby the aliens have been wiped out by bacteria, man made wars whereby the enemy is considered to be a virus and so forth. I feel it was very effective and well done. We thoroughly enjoyed it in the end. It was a powerful piece hence difficult to achieve the full potential, hence the middle part was a bit weak in comparison to the beginning and introduction. We got our feed back and recieved an initial 64%. I was happy with the mark, although did point out it was hard to achieve the effect as it was a long piece. Also Chris never showed up…which kinda annoyed our group.
We also handed in our CNET113 essay and iDAT103 video project as well the next day. So all in all…we are officially done with our courseworks for the year. Roll on the exams.
